The Kent Law Society was established in 1818, before the Law Society of England and Wales and has a long and proud history.

The Membership is now over 700 and comprises Solicitors and trainees, practising and/or living in Kent.

The Kent Law Society (together with its service company, Kent Law Society Services Ltd) promotes the best interests of the profession and its members in Kent. It provides continuing education courses locally by eminent speakers, on relevant topics, at competitive prices.

The Kent Law Society also enjoys very good relationships with neighbouring Societies, including its Partners in the joint venture for employers4lawyers.
